The staff were friendly! They provided a cute email which contained travel instructions. The staff offered to book our reservations for local attractions. The taxi to the airport booked by the hotel was more affordable than ride-sharing apps.

the staff gave a warm welcome. i received a complimentary prosecco. the hotel is located right beside the main shopping district. many restaurants are within a short walking distance.
the shower was quite small i think, making it a little difficult to enter comfortably due to the narrow door although the water pressure was adequate.

this hotel is near mariahilfer straße. the metro is very close, around 3-5 minutes. guests can walk to stephansplatz, the opera, and the vienna rathaus quite easily from this place.

The location was great for me. It was about five minutes from the shopping street. The staff was very helpful at all times and friendly. They went out of their way for requests. The breakfast was tasty each day. I liked the bun cake.

The room was clean. It was slightly roomier then I expected. The hotel is situated in a part of the city with a good choice of cafes nearby. I was able to reach all the main sights.
The breakfast had a selection that was not very large. The coffee came from a vending machine. The shower was quite small and it wasn't very comfortable to walk into it due to the small door. The water pressure in the shower was also weak.
